The organization offers complete PCB production and assembly along with a list of services, including-

• PTH PCB Assembly: Called Plated through Hole, PTH PCBs feature Printed Circuit Boards that are soldered to pads and are manually assembled or placed by automated insertion mount machines. At Denis Ferranti, we provide panel sizes up to 443X508mm with thickness ranging from 0.4mm to 6.00mm.


• SMT PCB Assembly: Known as the Surface Mount Technology, SMT PCBs are populated through modern automated lines. At Denis Ferranti, the automated lines capacity ranges from 0201 to 56 mm sq. These are contract manufactured small and medium PCB assemblies.

For PCB, we work with different materials and format styles, including FR4, FR2 and Metal Backed or the LED Placement technology. Single and double sided materials along with tin lead soldering are also available. We also offer encapsulation and conformal coating of PCBs.

These products are manufactured under strict conditions. Denis Ferranti is an ISO 9001 (2009), ISO 14001 and OSAS 18001 company. All the systems are ROHS compliant and the company works on Class 2 IPC Standards. Therefore, all electronics manufactured are designed to be highly reliable even when used in hostile or abusive environments.
