Shoring is one of the most essential stages of a construction process. It not only helps in preventing collapses, but also supports beams and floors so that the construction or removal process can be continued. - Hydraulic Shoring systems- Under this process, hydraulic pistons are provided that can be pumped till they press trench walls. Made of steel plate, plywood or a mixture of two, these pistons are ideal for trenches.
- Beam and Plate Systems- In Beam and plate styles, steel beams are driven in the ground. At the same time, steel plates are provided to slide among them. For soldier boarding, wood planks are provided. The use of these beams is ideal for larger excavations and long term applications.
- Continuous Flight Augering - Under the CFA method, we provide concrete piles that support soil close to excavation site. Concrete is injected through hollow shafts and therefore, even with creation of continuous pile, no holes are left open.
- Soil Nailing Technique- For this technique, Denis Ferranti Electronics provides slender elements, including steel reinforcing bars for soil slopes. These bars can be installed in holes and work well for excavations and retaining walls. These holes in which bars are inserted are usually pre-drilled.
